Shipping policy

SHIPPING IN THE US: All orders ship from American Fork, UT within 2 Business Days.  Shipping is $8.50, and orders will be sent via USPS Ground Advantage which generally takes an additional 2-5 Business Days for orders within the United States.  These charges are non-refundable once your order ships.

We also offer USPS Priority Mail for $15.00 which generally takes an additional 2-3 Business Days after it is shipped out for orders within the United States.  

While we do everything in our control to meet these shipping timelines, Delivery Dates are NOT guaranteed by Colby & Claire or by USPS and refunds are not given for shipping fees on packages that do not arrive by a specific date.  Once a package is picked up by USPS, we no longer have any control over when USPS delivers the package.

SHIPPING TO CANADA: Shipping, duties and import taxes are calculated at checkout so you know the total cost before you place an order.  These charges are non-refundable once your order ships.  

All orders to Canada ship from American Fork, UT within 2 Business Days.  They will be sent via DHL eCommerce which generally takes an additional 6-10 Business Days for orders to Canada.
