Refund policy

We hope you love everything you’ve purchased, but if something doesn't work out, we’re here to help!  Most items are eligible for refund for 30 days after purchase (or after delivery for online orders).  

Customers are responsible for paying for Return Shipping labels for Returns or Exchanges unless they purchase Checkout+ at Checkout for $2.98.  Checkout+ is only available for customers located in the US. If you have purchased this, you will receive pre-paid Return Shipping labels when you process any Return or Exchange for your order at no additional cost by accessing our RETURNS Portal .  

Original shipping fees are not refunded when an item is returned unless an item was received damaged or defective.  

Return Rules & exceptions:

  • Items must be unwashed, unworn, and free of perfume, smoke, deodorant, makeup, sunless tanner and animal hair, with original tags still attached.
  • Makeup and Sunless Tanners transfer very easily onto Temple Dresses.  Please remove your makeup and sunless tanner first or be very careful to make sure it does not come in contact with the dress.  If you return a dress with makeup or sunless tanner on it, we will deduct a $15 cleaning fee from your return.  
  • Items are NOT eligible for return if
    • The item was washed and shrunk because the care instructions weren’t followed.  
    • It’s a Final Sale item, including:
      • Jewelry
      • Any items marked FINAL SALE on the Price Tag or in the Title online 
      • Gift cards
  • Items purchased between November 1 and December 31 can be returned for a refund or store credit until January 31 of the following year.

Refunds for eligible items will be processed within five business days of arrival and your store credit or refund will be issued at that time.  Store credit will be available as soon as it is issued.  Refunds can take up to 2 weeks to show up in your bank account after a refund is issued, depending on your bank.  

Online and In Store purchases can also be exchanged or returned in person at our brick & mortar store located at 769 W Grassland Dr, American Fork, UT.
