This cute and relaxed dress is made with sheer woven white fabric featuring a raised weave horizontal striping. It is fully lined with a similar white woven fabric and has a round neckline with a small band collar, a keyhole button in the back, short puffed sleeves gathered with elastic and ending in ruffles with a tie on the ends, inseam skirt pockets, and a full, midi-length, tiered skirt.
